Absolutely. While IABuddy is optimized for ICFR and SOX, its flexible control library and testing modules can be adapted for ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other internal/operational audits. You can customize fields and attributes to match your specific framework requirements.

Annual plans are Starter at $25,000 and Plus at $55,000, billed annually. Verified demo bookings qualify eligible prospects for a 10% Year-One Adoption Credit: $22,500 for Starter or $49,500 for Plus for the first term only. Starter includes 5 practitioner licenses and 300 AI runs; Plus includes 10 licenses and 800 runs annually. Starter includes Testing Memo AI Chatbot; IABuddy Agent is included on Plus and Enterprise. 30-day pilots are available for Starter at $2,500 and Plus at $5,000, paid once after scope qualification. Prices are USD before applicable tax. Eligibility and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase.
Enterprise starts at $100,000 annually ($90,000 qualified first year after a verified demo booking), including 20 practitioner licenses, 5 entities or business units, and 1,500 AI Execution Runs per year. It adds multi-entity executive reporting, scoped multiple workspaces, dedicated customer success, enterprise onboarding, and custom support / SLA. Contact Sales to scope your agreement.
Starter and Plus 30-day paid pilots cost $2,500 and $5,000 respectively. Book a demo to agree a bounded evaluation scope and written success criteria before purchase. Starter includes Testing Memo AI Chatbot, not IABuddy Agent. Plus can evaluate IABuddy Agent, advanced sampling, and policy drafting, subject to authorized human confirmation. Access begins only after verified payment.
The pilot does not automatically renew or become an annual subscription. After 30 consecutive days, new paid actions stop. Your data is retained under our policies. Convert the same workspace with Sales approval to preserve controls, evidence, testing records, and history.
Yes, under the agreed pilot terms. Your verified pilot payment is credited once, up to the amount actually paid, toward the first annual term. A separately earned demo adoption credit can also apply. A qualified Starter conversion is $20,000 remaining before tax after its $2,500 pilot payment; Plus is $44,500 remaining after its $5,000 pilot payment. Sales approval and a reviewed quote are required. Renewals use the full contracted annual price.
AI Execution Runs power execution workflows available in your plan, including control testing and workpaper annotations. Risk & Control AI recommendations are unlimited. Your included balance resets yearly; unused runs do not roll over.
Starter includes 5 practitioner licenses, Plus includes 10, and Enterprise includes 20. Control owners, PBC responders, external reviewers and signers are unlimited. Invite users via Workspace Settings.
Annual subscribers are billed once per year. No prorating for mid-period signups.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts for our monthly plans. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period.
