1. General Policy

At IABuddy, we strive to provide a high-quality service to all our users. However, please note that all payments made for subscriptions and tokens are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month.
  • No Proration: The first month of service is charged in full and is not prorated, regardless of when you sign up.
  • No Refunds for Partial Months: There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle. To cancel, please navigate to the Billing section within your account settings or contact our support team.

4. Exceptions

We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as in the event of a significant and prolonged service outage or billing errors on our part. Any such refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
